Disabled Children and Youth

We gave training to the handicapped children in drawing and painting free of cost,home tuition for poor students and polio stricken students at Polio Home,Church of South India,Trivandrum,Kerala.

On the 47 th year celebrations of VENUS-in April 6 to 11 1998,conducted HIV/AIDS poster exhibition&painting competition with the painting exhibition at Govt:Museum auditorium,Thiruvananthapuram,it was first kind in India conducted by an art institution.

venus arts and charity: I AM RAJA RAMAKRISHNAN,SON OF [LATE]ARTIST R.R.KRISHNAN,STARTED MY CAREER AS APAINTING TEACHER IN 1988 AFTER THE COMPLETION OF THE COURSE OF GRADUATION ON COMMERCE,THEN TOOK THE CHARGE AND OWNERSHIP OF THE VENUS ARTS INSTITUTE.SINCE MY BOYHOOD,I HAD GREAT AFFINITY TO CHARITABLE ACTIVITIES.THUS I ADDED CHARITY WORK SIDE BY SIDE WITH ART,THEN GIVEN SHAPE TO SOME SCHEMES FOR HELPING THE POOR,DISABLED AND DERELICT.I AM CHALKED OUT MANY PLANS TO DIVERSIFY MY ACTIVITIES AIM TO WIPE THE TEARS OF THE SUFFERING HUMANITY.MY OPINION...WE HAVE TO WORK BEYOND ALL POLITICAL,RACIAL AND RELIGIOUS CONSIDERATIONS.I AM INVITING...PERSON WHO CAN DO SEFLESS AND DEDICATED,WORK FOR MITIGATING THE SUFFERINGS OF HIS FELLOWMEN -WORK FOR 'UNIVERSAL BROTHERHOOD,PROTECTION OF NATURE AND FOR WORLD PEACE'-CAN BECOME THE EXECUTIVE MEMBER OF VENUS.
