VENUS-Art and Charitable Organisation,first time in India, in April 6to 11,1997-2007,an artist is fighting against HIV/AIDS through his art institution in a noble way of poster awareness programs by conducting painting exhibition with HIV/AIDS painting and quiz competition,for the children and youngsters in Thiruvananthapuram,Kerala,India.
We have given free training to handicapped children at the Church of South India Polio Home at Thiruvananthapuram,Kerala,India.
As a humanist artist,he believes that preservation of earth in which we live and to create Universal Brotherhood and Peace in the entire world is one of his utmost duties .
The 50th year celebration of VENUS Arts Institute - conducted painting exhibition with HIV/AIDS poster awareness and painting competition on the subject - AIDS AND HUMAN FUTURE IN 21 ST CENTURY-consent of the UN and UNAIDS.(a world wide project of VENUS-Jan 10,2000) The competition was based on the subject HIV/AIDS for children and youngsters. This venture was conducted on October 10 to 12,2001 and the winners of the conpetition were awarded prizes on Nov 25,2001 with the symposium about the subject of Aids.(A self financed project of VENUS)We require sponsors for conducting world wide.
Relating to the AIDS DAY in December 2005.HIV/AIDS poster exhibition,quiz and painting competition was conducted at ST.MARY's Higher Secondary School,Pattom,Trivandrum. HIV/AIDS poster exhibition and painting competition was conducted on november 25,2005.The students of the School who got inspiration from posters drawn impressive pictures.On November 30,2005-we conducted a quiz competition among the students on the subject "AIDS AND HUMAN FUTURE IN 21 ST CENTURY".
On March 31,2007-conducted HIV/AIDS educational awareness poster exhibition, quiz and painting competition for the students of Church of South India Poor Home for Girls(Balika Mandiram)at Parassala.
Along with this a separate quiz competition was organized for the parents of children,the same childrens home.
In August 2007 at Neyyattinkara,the State festival of Onam ,we conducted HIV/AIDS awareness quiz and painting competitions for the children on August 30,2007. A separate HIV/AIDS quiz competition conducted for the age of up to 50.
This program is collaboration with the news paper of Kerala Daily,the Malayala Manorama Balajanasakhyam .The concluding functions including prize distribution to the winners of this program were at the Venus -School of Arts,on October 2,2007.
